1. Acceptance of Terms

By using govvictory.com and our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

GovVictory provides federal contract research, opportunity analysis, and capture management services for small businesses with federal certifications. The free Federal Opportunity Analysis is a complimentary consultation with no obligation.

3. Communication Consent

By submitting forms on govvictory.com, you consent to communication from GovVictory via email, phone, and SMS. You may opt out of any channel at any time.

4. SMS Program Terms

GovVictory operates two separate SMS programs. You opt in to each program independently by checking the corresponding box on our forms at govvictory.com. Consent to one does not enroll you in the other.

Transactional SMS Program

  • Messages: appointment confirmations, Federal Opportunity Analysis delivery notifications, and 1-to-1 follow-ups from our team.

Marketing/Promotional SMS Program

  • Messages: federal contract opportunity updates and promotional offers.

Terms applicable to both programs

  • Message frequency varies based on your engagement.
  • Message and data rates may apply (charges from your mobile carrier).
  • Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or email vojin@govvictory.com.
  • No mobile information or SMS opt-in data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee contract awards, specific opportunities, or financial outcomes. Federal contracting involves factors beyond our control. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on govvictory.com is owned by GovVictory. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

GovVictory's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify GovVictory from any claims arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Wyoming state or federal courts.
