• Send appointment confirmations and follow-ups after calls

4. SMS Messaging Program

GovVictory operates two separate SMS programs. Consent for each is collected independently through its own checkbox on our opt-in form. You may opt in to either, both, or neither — providing your phone number does not enroll you in any SMS program by itself.

Transactional SMS Program

• Message types: appointment confirmations, Federal Opportunity Analysis delivery notifications, and 1-to-1 follow-ups from our team.
• Triggered by your interaction with our services (e.g., requesting an analysis or scheduling a call).

Marketing/Promotional SMS Program

• Message types: federal contract opportunity updates and promotional offers.
• Sent only to users who explicitly check the marketing consent box.

Terms applicable to both programs

• Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services.
• Message and data rates may apply (charges from your mobile carrier).
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message, then no further SMS.

• No mobile information or SMS opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for any marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and SMS consent data are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. Information is only shared with subcontractors and service providers (such as our CRM and SMS delivery platform) to the extent necessary to fulfill the services you requested, under confidentiality agreements.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share data only with:

• Service providers who help us operate (CRM, email, SMS platforms) under confidentiality agreements, solely to deliver the services you requested
• Legal authorities when required by law
• Other parties only with your explicit consent
