Your questions.

Does GovVictory write complete proposals for clients?

Yes. Our done-for-you team finds and evaluates federal opportunities, helps you decide what to bid, and writes and prepares the complete proposal within the agreed scope. We use AI-assisted tools for research, proposal writing and pricing preparation. You provide business facts and costs, review the response and approve the final bid.

We agree the required sections, attachments, deadline and review rounds before work starts. You receive a proposal to review and approve, rather than an outline you must write yourself.

Is GovVictory only an opportunity-finding tool?

No. GovVictory covers opportunity research, evaluation, bid/no-bid review, competitive assessment, full proposal writing and pricing preparation. The free bid report is the first part of that process. Proposal preparation is a paid next step if you choose to continue.

Can I use software instead of hiring your team?

GovVictory software is opening to first customers soon. The planned workspace brings opportunity search, fit checks, bid/no-bid review, competitive assessment, full proposal writing and pricing tools into one workflow. You use the software to prepare your proposal, confirm the facts and costs, and approve your bid.

In the software path, you operate the tools. In the done-for-you path, our team manages the preparation and writes the proposal for you.

How does GovVictory work?

Start with a free bid report to find work, check the fit and decide what to pursue. If you continue, our team can prepare your complete proposal. The coming software workspace will let you run the same process yourself. Confirm your facts and costs, review the response and approve the bid.

What does the system keep doing between bids?

It searches for opportunities, checks their fit and requirements, and notifies you when suitable work comes up. A proposal is prepared when you choose to bid.

How do you help me understand the project?

Scope summaries and support help you understand the work, key requirements and open questions. Pricing tools help you work through the price using your costs. In done for you, our team runs this preparation.

How many proposals are included?

Starter includes 1 proposal per month, Growth 2, and Premier 3, for either software or done for you. Credit rollover and expiry are agreed before you start.

What if I want a second or third proposal this month?

Growth includes 2 proposals per month and Premier includes 3. After you use your plan allowance or any saved credits, an extra proposal costs $1,500 with software or $3,000 done for you.

How does rollover work?

Credit rollover and expiry are agreed before you start. Check the final rollover and expiry terms in your agreement before paying.

What is the difference between software and done for you?

Software starts at $999/month. You use the workspace. Done for you starts at $1,999/month. Our team prepares your bid. Starter includes 1 proposal each month, Growth 2, and Premier 3. The workflow is the same across tiers. Compare all prices and annual billing ↗

What will I need to do?

Clarify your needs, choose the opportunity, confirm key details and costs, and approve the response. With software, you also use the guided workspace. Our team manages preparation in done for you.

Who sends the final proposal?

Agree who submits before the deadline. Final approval and submission are separate steps. Confirm that the response reaches the buyer.

Does the calculator show my chance of winning?

No. It shows the win rate implied by your assumptions. Two wins from 12 bids is 16.7%, three is 25%, and four is 33.3%. Your own rate is an input, not a measured or promised result.

Do you guarantee a contract?

No. Fit, price, the response, competition and the buyer’s decision affect the award.

Do I have to buy after the free report?

No. Review the report and choose whether to take a paid next step.

Can I pay annually?

Starter includes 1 proposal per month, Growth 2, and Premier 3. Annual billing covers 12 months for the price of 10. The proposal allowance stays monthly. Agree scope, deadlines, credit rollover, expiry and cancellation terms before payment.
