Your revenue. Your costs. What could be left?
The two calculators use the same numbers. Change your assumptions and compare the results.
Your worked example.
Choose your assumed wins and the revenue each win could bring in this year. Multiply them to see your example revenue. Use revenue for this year, not the full value of a multi-year award.
These are your own estimates, not a promise of results.
A bidding plan is a plan, not a win rate.
Good fit, a well-prepared response and consistent follow-through are parts of a bidding process. Submitting 12 bids does not tell us how many will win. The buyer, competition, requirements, pricing and other factors affect the outcome.
The 2, 3 and 4 buttons compare possible outcomes. Zero wins is also possible. The gold months illustrate your assumptions; they do not predict award dates.
What does your margin mean?
It is the share of revenue left after your delivery, internal bid preparation and overhead costs, before GovVictory fees and tax. Use your business’s numbers.
Multiply your example revenue by your margin to see the amount after your costs. Plan fees and tax still come out.
What is left after plan fees?
Subtract your chosen plan fees and any extra proposals from the amount after your costs. The amount left is before tax. It may be negative.
These are your own estimates, not a promise of results.
Use the plan you choose.
Choose software or done for you, then Starter, Growth or Premier. Monthly billing uses 12 monthly payments. Annual billing uses the yearly price: 12 months for the price of 10.
Starter includes 1 proposal per month, Growth 2, and Premier 3. At a steady monthly pace, proposals above that allowance cost $1,500 each with software or $3,000 each done for you. The calculator assumes no starting or saved credits. Custom needs a quote.
Software Growth at 2 proposals a month costs $23,988 with monthly billing or $19,990 with annual billing, with no extras. Done-for-you Starter at 2 proposals a month costs $23,988 in monthly plan fees plus $36,000 for 12 extras: $59,988 for the year.

Win rate: wins divided by bids.
With 12 bids, 2 wins is 16.7%, 3 wins is 25%, and 4 wins is 33.3%. Enter your own assumed rate to model another case.
An assumed rate is only an input to your example. Actual awards are whole contracts. No win is guaranteed.
